i kno right, i have thick ish lips as in the height of my lips, and they r quite full as in volume, but i have really small mouth i would love to have it bigger

i will be flying out to texas to see dr lam for silicone lip enhancement. his staff is super nice. i did my research and he is the best and a true proffessional. just look at his work, videos and photos of his patients. im so looking forward to larger more sumptuous lips, permanently.

wider mouth or wider as in more pink show? maybe you want a lip roll, or advance, but that flattens the border and looks strange if the surgeon is an idiot.
